Atolls signs contract with 5 companies for construction of govt. buildings

Atolls Ministry has signed contracts agreements with five local companies yesterday for the construction of new Atoll Office of Noonu Atoll and Faafu Atoll, new Atoll House of Gdh Atoll and Gnaviani Atoll and Island offices of Hdh Nolhivaram and Thaa Thimarafushi.

Prop Private Ltd was awarded the contract to construct new Noonu Atoll Office and Maalaa High Rising Construction Pvt. Ltd was awarded the contract to construct the Faafu Atoll Office. Lucky Hiyaa Maldives was awarded the contract to build the Gdh Atoll House while Two L Construction was awarded the contract to build the Gnaviani Atoll House. Prop Private Ltd was also awarded the contract to construct Island office of Hdh Nolivaram and Thaa Thimarafushi Island Office was given to Ixus Maldives Pvt. Ltd.

At the ceremony agreements were signed on behalf of the companies by their respective Managing Directors. On behalf of the Ministry the agreement was signed by Executive at the Ministry Hamid Yousuf.

According to Atolls Ministry the total contract value of 6 contracts are Rf 19.73 Million.
